I started Rock Body Soul in 2019 and have been providing responsibly sourced crystals to seasoned crystal lovers and those who are just starting out on their crystal journey, ever since. Guided by my intuition, I have built up a brand which aims to nourish and nurture your soul. I use crystals to heal, soothe and calm and am deeply attuned to Mother Earth and her rhythms. I love to work closely with the moon and follow the lunar cycles, honouring the phases with meditations and rituals.

I take the time to source these crystals responsibly, with love and care, and hope that they provide as much magic to you as they do to me, in my everyday life. Let them raise your vibrations, provide a boost of uplifting energy or calm your body and mind. I have made many beautiful connections whilst creating Rock Body Soul and now collaborate with several local female artisan makers on my jewellery collections and ceramics. I have met some truly inspirational women in the process. It is always a joy to discover and work with these women!
